We have been specializing in Mori Seiki and Mazak Machine Tools since 1989. We have been servicing several other OEM's including Mandelli, Enshu, Fadal, Brother, Ameri Seiki, Hitachi Seiki, OKK and others. I have over 20 years in the Service and Maintenance of CNC Machinery and 6 years as a ASE Certified Mechanic. Through the years I have worked for two machine tool OEM's both Mazak and Mori Seiki as well as Yamazen Inc. as a Service Coordinator / Regional Service Manager, and General Manager of Engineering Support.

Jamey Pietrowiak, Vice President & COO


Jamey has been in the machine tool related industry now for about 14 years. Some of Jamey's past work experience and education includes: One year as a robotics engineer for a robotics automation and machine tool distributor. Working in many areas from electrical interfacing, electrical design, mechanical design, PLC programming and robot programming.

Three years with a machine tool integrator as a project manager. Designing both mechanical and electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and programming PLC's to fully automate CNC machine tools. In this position he also providing CNC service for two other CNC distributors.

Five years at a large machine tool distributor. Jamey coordinated service and was the primary phone support technician. He also provided customer training, PM programs, ballbar analysis, service and machine automation.

One year in maintenance at a chemical company.

Three years at a hydraulics builder/distributor building hydraulic & pneumatic power unit systems and test stands from the ground up. Including testing, troubleshooting and design.

As far as education, Jamey has a degree in Industrial maintenance and machine repair, along with several other courses in PLC programming, Autocad, Solidworks, Robotics, Computers, Business Management, and many different software packages. He has also attained multiple certifications with several different machine tool builders from training in both US and Japan.


Craig Belden, Senior Service Engineer / Service Manager / Safety Director

Craig has been in the manufacturing industry now for over 20 years. Craigs past work experience includes working for two machine tool distributors, and one machine tool OEM. Craig has done everything from coordinate service, provide phone support and customer training, PM programs, ballbar analysis as well as providing training for other service engineers to help bring them through the ranks.

As far as education and training. Craig has served and completed a four year Industrial maintenance apprenticeship. He has also received multiple certifications and extensive training with several different machine tool builders in both US and Japan as well.
